About Us
We originally started as Karly's Cleaning offering cleaning services to domestic clients. We then expanded to offering cleaning and laundry services to Short term rentals. Further extended our short term rental services to helping our clients manage their properties in a smaller capacity eg. Shopping for stock and maintenance. We have been repeatedly approached with enquiries to manage bookings aswell. So it made sense to further expand our services to provide that. We greatly understand each individual service needed to run a short term rental because we have spent the last 12years perfecting each one.
Our services
We offer a variety of services that you will need to keep your short term rental running smoothly.
Management
We will manage all aspects of your short term rental including your profile set up, bookings, your turnovers and maintenance.
Cleaning
We have our own in-house cleaning service "Karly's Cleaning". We have an excellent team of cleaners here and an excellent reputation for cleaning for not only short term rentals, but domestic cleaning aswell.
Laundry
We have an in-house laundry washing service which we have staff on full time turning over your linen. We also have a relationship with Linen supply companies that we will organise and facilitate if you prefer to not supply your own linen.
Maintenance
We have an in-house maintenance man available 7days to perform any maintenance and repairs of your property. He is skilled in all aspects of home maintenance and can fix even the most complex issues.
